1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 365abc website accessible at 365abc.pro, including all associated pages, services, tools, and content.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to funds held in a player's Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted to a player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by the player via an accepted payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Game Rules" refers to the individual rules applicable to each game or betting market made available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total amount of qualifying bets a player must place before Bonus Funds may be converted into Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a player Account on the 365abc Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity, and you are not using the Platform in a professional or commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, complete, and current.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

365abc reserves the right to decline any application for Account registration without providing a reason. During the registration process or at any subsequent point, we may request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account.

Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the 365abc support team immediately via live chat.

365abc will never contact you by any means to request your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, Rocket PIN, Upay PIN, or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from 365abc that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must ensure that your Account contact details, including your registered email address and mobile phone number, are kept accurate and up to date at all times. 365abc accepts no liability for consequences arising from failure to receive important account notifications due to outdated contact details.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 365abc Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated within the cashier section of your Account. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider; typical crediting times are 30–120 seconds for mobile wallet payments and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed full identity and payment method verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment channel used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team.
• Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement in full before the corresponding funds may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for mobile wallet methods and up to 5 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• 365abc reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Requested documentation must be provided within 7 calendar days; failure to do so may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

365abc does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, over which 365abc has no control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 365abc may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to these Terms as well as any specific promotional terms published alongside the relevant offer.

General conditions that apply to all 365abc promotions:

• Promotions are available only to players who hold a verified Account in good standing at the time the offer is claimed.
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable; only winnings generated from wagering activity that satisfies the applicable Wagering Requirement may be converted to Real Money Funds.
• 365abc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including, but not limited to, creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL, IPL, and T20 tournaments will carry individual terms published at the time of the promotion. Players are encouraged to review applicable terms before opting into any promotional offer.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on the 365abc Platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, table games, and sports betting markets — are subject to the individual Game Rules applicable to each product. Game Rules are accessible within each game or betting market interface.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and specific Game Rules, the Game Rules will take precedence in respect of the specific game or market to which they relate.

The following general betting conditions apply across all 365abc products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except where an in-play cash-out feature is expressly offered and activated by the player before the relevant event or game round concludes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sports event, 365abc reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Account Balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be updated without prior notice.
• Winnings from games supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) are calculated in accordance with that provider's published Return to Player (RTP) rates and paytables.

7. Responsible Gaming

365abc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming features, all accessible from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their Account ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may apply for a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

365abc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information or documentation.
• The player's Account is being used for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• The player is under 21 years of age or has misrepresented their age.
• The player has used exploits, cheats, bots, or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other players.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds held in the Account balance at the time of closure may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases where a breach is identified.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Real Money Funds held at the time of a voluntary closure request will be returned to the player via the verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365abc and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, scores, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform in connection with sports betting markets.
• Any third-party content, products, or services accessible through or in connection with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Amendments to These Terms

365abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at the time of next login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026.
